摘要
论述了用PWM供电时直流电动机的暂态特性,用计算机数值计算和实验证明,PWM供电时电机暂态过程的特性微分方程依然由电磁时间常数和机电时间常数决定;若保持电枢电路电压平均值不变,改变PWM的调制频率和占空比,只影响电机电流和转矩的脉动,使电机产生振动、噪音和附加损耗,不影响电机的基本性能.
The characteristic of the transition of a DC motor using PWM supply is described.The computer simulation and the test prove that the characteristic of the transient process is mainly determined by both the electric magnetic time constant and electromechanical time constant.If the frequency and pulse width ratio of PWM are changed,the ripple of current,torque and so on are only influenced,when the average value of the armature circuit voltage is constant.This will cause vibration,noise and additional loss,but will not influence the basic characteristic of motor.
