摘要
本文综述了国内外在植物抗感病分子机制方面的研究进展,从分子生物学水平上提出了植物抗感病的根本原因,抗病性和感病性都是由特定的分子遗传机制支配,遵循基因对基因关系。抗病性的发生一般经历信号识别、信号传导及有关防卫基因的激活与表达调控。感病性由植物感病基因对病原物毒性基因互作决定。了解这些可为我们利用不同的途径培育抗病品种、防治植物病害提供依据。
This article summarizes the development on studying the molecular mechanism of plant disease resistance and susceptibility.Both the disease resistance and the susceptibility are controlled by the specific genetic mechanism,and conform to the gene_for_gene relation.The development of the disease resistance generally undergoes signal recognition,signal conduction,activation,expression and regulation of the defence_re_lated genes.The susceptibility is determined by the interaction of the plant susceptible gene and the pathogen virulent gene.Based on these,we may cultivate the resistant variety and control the plant disease in different ways.
