摘要
采用全填充短路波导法对含碳黑硫化胶在硫化过程中的介电特性进行了研究.结果表明,橡胶的介电常数能反映硫化过程中交联程度的变化,并且不同配方的橡胶在硫化过程中的介电性质能反映出橡胶内碳黑品种和橡胶品种的不同.
The results of a study on the dielectric properties at frequency 9. 4 GHz of rubber containing carbon black during the curing processes are presented. A completely filled short circuited waveguide technique was used for the dielectric measurements on carefully prepared rubber samples. The results show that the dielectric constant increases as a function of cross-link density, and the dieletric properties of the samples are sensitive to the formulae of the samples.
