经颅磁刺激评价脑卒中的研究进展

摘要 经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)是一种非侵入性大脑刺激,自1985年Barker采用经颅磁刺激运动中枢获得成功以来,关于磁刺激的研究越来越多。目前TMS用于检测脑卒中运动障碍患者皮质内及皮质间兴奋性,以及神经传导是其研究热点。
