摘要 目的:观测GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶与根管壁的密合程度和根尖封闭性。方法:选取60个新鲜拔除的单根管牙,随机分为A、B两组,每组30个,均预备根管至同一标准,A组用GuttaFlow常温牙胶充填法充填;B组用冷牙胶侧方加压充填根管。采用10 g/L亚甲蓝染色法观测根尖1/3的封闭性。结果:两种充填材料均不能完全密闭根管,均与根管壁有细微的缝隙。GuttaFlow组的染色线长度为1.46±0.23,冷牙胶组的染色线长度为2.06±0.58,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶对根尖的封闭性优于冷牙胶侧压充填法。 AIM:To observe the effect of apical sealing with GuttaFlow. METHODS: Sixty freshly extracted single-root human teeth were randomly divided into two experimental groups with 30 samples in each. The root canal was prepared. The teeth were obturated with GuttaFlow in group A and with gutta-percha in group B by lateral condensation. After dyeing for 7 days in 1% methylene blue, dyeing lines were measured to reflect the microleakage of two canal obturation techniques with different root canal sealers. RESULTS :In the GuttaFlow group, dyeing lines had an average length of 1.46 ± 0.23mm and in the gutta-percha group of 2.06 ± 0.58 mm. Group A and Group B had difference. (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: The apical sealing ability of GuttaFlow is better than that of the gutta-percha .
