摘要
目的探讨尿毒症患者胸部X线表现的特征。方法分析60例尿毒症患者胸部X线平片的表现。结果肺纹理改变32例;肺水肿54例;心脏增大26例;胸腔积液38例;胸膜增厚40例。结论正确分析尿毒症患者胸部X线平片表现,区别与其他原因引起的胸部X线表现,有助于对此病制订合理的治疗方案。
Objective To study the chest radiographic features of uremic patients. Methods The chest radiographic findings of 60 patients with uremia were prospectively analyzed. Results The chest radiographies showed lung marking changes in 32 cases, pulmonary edema in 54 cases, cardiac enlargement in 26 cases, hydrothorax in 38 cases, and pleural thickening in 40 cases. Conclusion Carefully analyzing chest radiographic findings of uremic patients and differentiating those from other causes are very helpful to optimize the therapeutic protocol.
