固定化酵母在芭蕉芋原料酒精发酵中的应用研究

摘要 以芭蕉芋为原料,研究了海藻酸钠固定活性干酵母制备燃料乙醇。结果表明:原料的料水比为1∶2.2,液化酶用量为5U/g原料,糖化酶用量为150U/g原料,活性干酵母添加量为0.15%,尿素添加量0.1%,海藻酸钠浓度为4%,6.5#针头凝胶球,30℃发酵36h,发酵醪酒度为16.3%(vol)。 Canna edulis Ker was fermented by immobilized active dried yeast (ADY), which was fixed with sodium alginate. It was showed that alcohol content in fermented matrix could reach 16.3% (vol) after femented at 30℃ for 48 h when the ratio of solid to water was at 1:2.2, addition of α-amylase is 5 U/g Cedulis, the addition of glucoamylase is 150 U/g Cedulis, and the amount of ADY is 0.15% and the matrix contained 0.1% of urea, 4% of sodium alginate and the gelatin bulb made by 6.5# syringe needle.
