摘要 根据车载两轴转台电气系统的性能指标要求,采用旋转变压器和位置变送器构成转轴的角位置反馈,同时检测陀螺敏感转轴在惯性空间中的速率变化;利用陀螺信号稳定转台的姿态;脉宽调制功放和直流力矩电机构成系统的执行机构;以无刷直流电机作为伺服系统的伺服电机;采用电流环、速率环、位置环三闭环的控制策略,基于TMS320F240DSP芯片设计了全数字PID控制算法,代替了该型号转台原来的模拟控制算法,实现了光电跟踪系统的高频响、超低速、宽调速和高精度. Accord quirements of car 2 - ing to the performance reaxis turret electrical system, The system uses a rotary transformer and position transmitter to make up the feedback of the rotor's angular position, and detects the shaft's velocity diversification in the Inertial space. The gyro signal is used to stabilize the posture of the turntable. The pulse - width modulation amplifier and the DC torque motor constitute the system of executive body of the system. It uses brushless DC motor as the servo motor of the servo system. Full digital PID control algorithm is designed basing on the TMS320F240DSP to take place of the analog control algorithms. The digital closed - loop controlstrategy, including current - loop, velocity - loop and position - loop, gets the high frequency response, low speed, wide speed range and high precision of the electro - optical tracking system realized.
