摘要
本文立足于高校扩招及新时期大学生成长成才的需要,认为高校现行大学生综合素质测评模式存在诸多问题,指出应以科学发展观为指导,摒弃"以智育为主"的传统测评模式,建立学生思想政治素质、专业素质、身心素质和能力素质平行测评模块的构想,对具体测评指标体系进行了设计,也提出了组织实施及结果应用的意见。
On the basis of situation of university enrollment expansion and demand of students＇ shaping and succeeding, the article points out many existing problems in the present evaluating model of college students＇s comprehensive quality. It puts forward we should abandon traditional commenting model of ＂giving priority to intellectual education＂ under guide of the Scientific Developing Concept, and establish paralleled evaluating model including qualities of thought and politics, speciality, body and mind, and ability. Besides, the article also gives some suggestions on the design of specific index system, how to organize and carry out the system and put the evaluating result into practice.
