摘要
以延津牛心柿为试材,对采收后的果实采用不同浓度的CaCl2处理,然后测定其软化衰老过程中果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量以及单宁含量的动态变化情况,结果表明:采后的柿果实用6%CaCl2处理能有效抑制其软化进程和单宁含量的降低,有效地延缓果实后熟和衰老进程。
Dynamic changes of the ripening and softening, the content of total soluble solids and the soluble tannin in Diospyos kaki cv. 'Yanjinniuxinshi' were studied during softening and senescence by CaCl2 in storage. The results showed that compared to the control fruits, 6% CaCl2 treatment could effectively delay the ripening and softening of persimmon fruits significantly, inhibit the changes of fruit firmness and the decrease of the content of soluble tannin.
