摘要
新兴铸管公司为了实施精料方针,为高炉经济技术指标的持续进步创造条件,对高铁低硅烧结进行了探索。通过优化原料结构、提高生石灰质量、实施厚料层烧结、提高烧结矿碱度、适当增加配碳量、延长烧结时间等一系列措施,在保证烧结矿强度的前提下,使烧结矿SiO2含量降到了4.0%左右。
In order to implement high quality raw material policy and create condition for sustainable progress of economic and technical indices of blast furnace, Xinxing Pipes Co., Ltd. made a probe into high TFe and low SiO2 sintering production. Many measures were adopted such as optimizing the raw material structure, improving the quality of burnt lime, implementing deep bed sintering ,increasing sinter alkalinity and proportion of carbon and prolonging sintering time etc. , under the condition of ensuring sinter strength, the content of Si02 in sinter was decreased to around 4.0 %.
