摘要
目的:自制派莎防晒霜并建立质量标准。方法:以parsol 1789(丁基甲氧基二苯酰甲烷),parsol 5000(3-4-甲基亚苄基樟脑)和parsol MCX(甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯)为吸光剂,以纳米二氧化钛为屏蔽剂,以霍霍巴油、二甲基硅油、十二烷基硫酸钠等为基质成分制备派莎防晒霜,建立性状、pH、皮肤刺激性、稳定性、含量测定等质量标准。结果:以150 r·min^(-1)速度搅拌、80℃温度乳化制备的派莎防晒霜细腻,涂展性、稳定性良好、家兔试验无不良刺激反应;以HPLC法测定parsol 1789含量,在0.075~0.375 mg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.72%,RSD=0.81%。结论:该制剂工艺可行,质量可控。
Objective: To establish the preparation technology and the quality standard for "paisha" sunscreen cream. Method: The parsol 1789 (butyl methoxy-dibenzoylmethane) ,parsol 5000 [ 3 - (4'-methyl-benzylidene)-d-l-camphor] and parsol MCX were used as the UV absorption. The sword pakistan oil, dimethyl silicone oil, glycerine and lauryl sodium sulfate were used to made sun- screen cream, nanometre titanium dioxide was used as shield agent, the stability and content was established. Result: Under the 150 r. min- 1 mixing speed, the sunscreen cream was made at the 80 ℃, it not only has good malleability and stability but also no stimulus response in domestic rabbit; the content of the parsol 1789 was investigated by HPLC, a linear range was 0. 075-0. 375 mg. m1-1 (r = 0.999 7 ), the average recovery rate was 99. 72%, RSD was 0. 81% Conclusion: The preparation process was feasible, the quality was controllable.
