正交设计法优选椒目超临界CO_2流体萃取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的:筛选超临界CO2流体萃取椒目油的最佳工艺条件。方法:以椒目中α?亚麻酸的含量和椒目油萃取得率为考察指标,用正交设计法优选椒目超临界CO2流体萃取最佳工艺条件。结果:萃取温度、萃取压力两因素对综合评价值有极显著影响(P<0.01),而分离釜Ⅰ温度、分离釜Ⅱ温度无显著性影响(P>0.05),优选的萃取条件为萃取温度45℃,萃取压力35MPa,分离釜Ⅰ温度35℃,分离釜Ⅱ温度30℃。结论:优化的萃取工艺稳定、可行。 Objective:To optimize the extracting condition of Zanthoxylum seed oil by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SFE-CO2).Methods: The content of α-linoleic acid in Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim.seed and the extraction ratio of Zanthoxylom seed oil were taken as the index in orthogonal test to optimize SFE-CO2 technological condition of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim.seed.Results:The influence of extracted temperature and extracted pressure on synthetic evaluation were highly significant(P0.01),while the separation autoclave Ⅰtemperature and Ⅱ temperature were not significant(P0.05).The best technological condition in SFE-CO2 for Zanthoxylum seed oil was that the extraction temperature at 45℃,extraction pressure at 35 mPa,separation autoclave Ⅰtemperature at 35℃ and separation autoclave Ⅱtemperature at 30℃.Conclusion:The optimum process obtained is steady and feasible.
