圆锥型套筒冠义齿在牙周病伴牙列缺损修复中的应用体会 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]观察圆锥型套筒冠义齿用于牙周病伴牙列缺损修复的临床效果。[方法]24例牙周病患者经牙周治疗后采用套筒冠义齿修复,共制作32件义齿。基牙共181个,其中Ⅰ度松动33个,Ⅱ度松动114个,Ⅲ度松动13个。平均随访2.5年,观察牙龈状况、牙周袋深度、牙齿松动度、骨密度变化,询问并记录患者的主观感受。[结果]24例患者经修复治疗后,绝大多数患牙牙周袋深度和基牙松动度逐渐变小,骨密度增加,患者主观感觉满意。总有效率达98.1%。[结论]套筒冠义齿用于牙周病伴牙列缺损的修复治疗具有较好的临床效果。 [ Objective] To observe the clinical effects of conical telescopic denture treatment on periodontal diseases with most teeth lost. [ Methods ] Twenty - four patients with periodontal diseases were treated and 32 telescopic dentures were made. Total abutment teeth were 181. Thirty - three of them were with mobility Ⅰ , 114 of them were with mobilityⅡ and 13 of them were with mobility Ⅲ. The average observation period was two and a half years. Gingival index, periodontal pocket depth,teeth mobility and bone density were examined and the feelings of the treatment were learnt. [ Results ] After the treatment, the majority of periodontal pocket depth and teeth mobility were decreased and bone density was increased. Most patients were satisfied with their dentures. Total rate of validity was 98.1%. [ Conclusion] The telescopic denture is effective for patients with periodontal disease and dentition defect.
