摘要
米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕早已广泛应用于临床，但文献对药物流产的效果报道不一，且由于存在个体差异及其他原因，仍有部分患者出现药物流产不全及无效。为了更好地掌握药物流产的使用及提高完全流产率，本文对可能导致药物流产失败的原因进行分析。
