摘要
目前鼻内镜手术是治疗鼻窭炎、鼻息内的主要手段之一。然而，尚有诸多因素对愈后产生不良影响，鼻腔粘连是主要原因之一，现对412例经鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻类炎、鼻息内患者资料进行总结，分析鼻腔粘连的原因，对疗效的影响及预防和处理原则。
At present in the nose the mirror of surgery is treats one of nasosinusitis,nose polyp main methods. However, still some many factors after produced affect not good,the nasal cavity adhesion was one of primary causes. Presently to 412 examples nasosinusitis,the nose polyp patient material which the mirror surgery treats after the nose in carries on the summary, the analysis nasal cavity adhesion reason,to curative effect influence and prevention and processing principle.
