摘要
笔者通过长期的临床实践，总结出了肩周炎的治疗应以温通经脉、行气活血为原则，局部取穴：如肩昔焉、肩前、天宗和痛．最为主，配合循经和辩证配穴，临床采用温针灸，电针加火罐发泡先结合具有止痛、改善局部循环、促进机体康复的作用。
The author through the long--term clinical practice, summarized the bursitis in shoulder treatment to be supposed take warm to pass the passages through which vital energy circulates,to dispel symptoms such as bloating the blood circulation as a principle, selected an acupuncture point in the region of the illness： If the shoulder ~ ,in front of the shoulder,the day ancestor and the pain spot primarily,the coordination follows af- ter and the dialectical matching acupoint, clinical uses the warm acupuncture and moxibustion, the electricity needle adds the cupping glass to become spongy unifies first has analgetic,the improvement partial circulation,the promotion organism recovery function.
