摘要
对苏南地区规模以上工业企业职工体育锻炼的意识与行为进行了调查,结果表明:在市场经济体制下职工的体育锻炼呈现出业余性和分散性的特点,虽然多数职工主观上对体育锻炼持积极的态度,但由于企业、社会、个人等多种因素的影响,规模以上工业企业中的职工没有形成良好的锻炼习惯。
The author of this article did some researches on the sense and action of workers in industrial corporations toward mass sport exercises in southern areas of Jiangsu, it shows that workers＇ mass sport exercises is on amateur basis under the market economic system, though most workers have a positive attitude towards mass sport exercises, they didn＇ t have a good habit of doing mass sport exercises because of the influence caused by corporations, society, etc.
