摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对宁波市民营企业开展体育活动的现状进行调查与分析。结果显示:企业管理人员已认识到体育的重要性,但体育基础设施不能满足职工需求;企业职工体育锻炼意识较强,但缺乏相应的体育组织。对策:民营企业开展体育活动,企业主的重视是基础,充足的资金是保证,良好的场地设施是保障,企业体育文化建设是关键。
Using methods of literature review, questionnaire and interviews, the present study investigates and analyzes the current situations of the development of sports activities in Ningbo＇ s private enterprises. The results show that the business management personnel have the awareness of the importance of sports activities. But the sports infrastructures couldn＇ t satisfy the requirements of the employees. The employees have strong consciousness for physical activity, but there are no appropriate sports organizations for them. Therefore, the author puts forward that in private enterprises, the employer＇ s attention constitutes the basis for the development of sports activities, sufficient investment and well-established facilities are the guarantee and the construction of corporate sports culture is the key to success.
