一种新型孤立小受端系统的低频减载设计

摘要 目前在电网中出现了比较多的孤立小受端系统,与大系统大电网相比,这些系统有其自身特点。提出了一种新的针对独立小受端系统的低频减载方案,该方案基于对切负荷延迟时间的整定,从根本上改善了低频减载方案的控制效果。仿真分析表明,新方案有助于系统频率的快速恢复,其频率恢复特性明显优于现有方案。 Currently more small isolated receiving power systems have appeared. Due to their individual characteristics com- pared with the large - scale systems, the different measures are required for the small isolated receiving power systems. A new under- frequency load shedding scheme specially designed for the small isolated receiving power systems is proposed, which improves basically the control effect of under - frequency load shedding scheme. The analysis and simulation show that in the new scheme, the power balance will be achieved more quickly in the transient process, and its frequency recovery characteris- tic is significantly superior to the existing schemes.
