摘要
把可编程序控制器(PLC)和变频器应用于桥式起重机大、小车行走控制系统上,具有减少系统硬件和控制线、节能、减少机械磨损、启动性能好等诸多优点。现介绍PLC、变频器控制的桥式起重机大、小车行走控制系统的硬件构成及系统软件的实现。
PLC and inverter were applied in bridge crane trolley walking control system that with advantages of reduction of system hardware and control lines, energy saving, reducing wearing out of mechanical, good start characteristic, etc. The operation control system hardware of bridge crane with PLC and inverter, and the system software implementation were introduced.
