摘要
简要介绍了国内外X80管线钢的应用情况,重点对西气东输二线工程用国产X80、1 219mm×18.4mm螺旋埋弧焊管的化学成分、拉伸试验、冲击试验、DWTT等试验结果进行了统计分析。结果表明:其化学成分特点是低C高Nb,管体组织以粒状贝氏体为主,强度达到了X80钢级要求,且低温冲击韧性和DWTT性能良好,符合西气东输二线管道工程标准要求。
This article briefly introduced application situation of X80 pipeline steel, and test results,such as chemical eomposition,tensile test,Charpy impact test and DWTT of domestic X80 φ1219mm×18.4 mm SAWH used in the 2nd West to East Gas Pipeline Project were analyzed. The results showed that low C and high Nb is characteristic of chemical composition and microstructure of pipe body is Bainite ; the strength reached the requirements of XS0 grade steel, and the toughness at low temperature is excellent as well as with DWTT property, its results are acceptable in ac- cordance with the technical specification of the 2nd West to East Gas Pipeline Project.
