摘要 叶片式抛送装置应用范围广泛。传统的设计方法只是做一些近似计算,很多结构参数和运动参数只能靠经验确定。为此,利用计算机辅助工程软件Pro/E、ADAMS和FLUENT对叶片式抛送装置抛送物料过程中气流与物料的运动规律进行仿真模拟,并通过与试验值及相关文献的比较分析,检验了数值模拟的可靠性。为进一步研究抛送装置抛送机理和参数优化设计提供了新的研究方法。 Impeller blowers are used widely to convey materials. Because of some approximalies in traditional machinery design, the movement laws of the air flow and material in an impeller-blower were simulated by means of 3-dimension modeling software Pro/E, dynamic simulation and analysis software ADAMS and CFD software FLUENT jointly. Comparing simulation results with experimental, resuhs ir is showed that the numerical model could accurately simulate the velocities of actual air and conreied material. A new design method was provided for studying throwing/blowing mechanism and parameter optimization of impeller blowers.
