摘要
本文提出了根据环境容量最优分配污染源排放量的数学规划——最优排放模式，并举例分析探讨了该模式的意义及适用性．
A mathematical planning method, a priority discharge model used for optimally distributing the permitting discharge amount of wastewater to pollution sources in the light of environmental capacity is studied and presented in this paper. The significance and application scope of the model are analysed also based on an example.
