摘要
φ角线圈与其输出特性之间会产生非线性误差是传统测量方法的一个固有缺点。文中分析了此非线性误差产生的原因,提出了一种在陀螺上涂黑白条纹测量φ角的新方法,并对此方法进行了描述与数学推导。仿真结果表明,新方法可以在更大的角度范围内得到线性度更高的φ角信号,有较高的工程应用价值。
An inherent disadvantage of the traditional measuring method is that a non-linear error can be caused between Ф angle coil and its output. The cause which produced the non-linear error has been investigated in this paper. A new method of measuring Ф angle by painting black and white stripes on the gyro is proposed. This method and its mathematic deduction has been described. The simulation results show that the new measuring method can get better linearity in larger scope and has higher engineering value compared with the traditional measuring method.
