摘要
30MnS i钢线材在搓制螺纹、并经过热处理成为PC钢棒后,当其在静置、运输或使用中会发生开裂、断裂。本文跟踪出厂的PC钢棒从母材到成品生产过程,发现裂纹产生的根源是轧制中出现的、表面刮伤等缺陷,并针对性的提出了改进办法。
As the 30MnSi wire screw thread, after heat treatment which called PC steeel bar. during garner, transportation or usage it can generate cracks. In this paper, found that cracks generate from handle, surface shaving during rolling, focus that, recommend ways of improvement.
