摘要
介绍了在ＬａＡｌＯ３基片上利用ＹＢＣＯ单面超导薄膜制作高温超导窄带滤波器的设计、制作过程并给出实验结果。该滤波器在７０Ｋ时，中心频率为１．１６ＧＨｚ，带宽１８６ＭＨｚ，带内平坦，带内最小插损０．２６ｄＢ。同时实现用制冷机冷却滤波器结构方案。
The Narrow-bandpass HTS Filters fabricated with YBCO/LaAlO 3 thin films are described in the paper. The design, fabrication and experimental results are also presented. The center freguency of filter is 1.16GHz. The bandpass width is 186MHz, the minimum insertion loss is 0.26dB. The filters were cooled by using refrigerator.
