撬拨复位加AO跟骨钢板治疗Sanders Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折 被引量：1

摘要 目的 撬拨复位加AO跟骨钢板治疗SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对18例（22足）SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折采用撬拨复位加A0跟骨钢板治疗。结果术后患者随访6～30个月，平均18个月，按Maryland足部评分标准评价，优7足，良11足，中3足，差1足，优良率81．2％。结论撬技复位加AO跟骨钢板治疗SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折复位满意，固定牢靠，具有较好的疗效，而且并发症较少。
