摘要
目的观察石斛爽目颗粒对眼睑缝合致小鸡近视的影响。方法将60只小鸡随机分为正常组、模型组、复明片组及石斛爽目颗粒小、中、大剂量组,每组10只,模型组和各给药组采用眼睑缝合法造模,成模后,石斛爽目颗粒小、中、大剂量组分别给予1.7、3.5、7.0 g/kg石斛爽目颗粒灌胃,复明片组给予复明片悬浊液1.2 g/kg灌胃,模型组、正常组则给予等量蒸馏水灌胃。均每日1次,治疗20 d后检测各组小鸡眼轴长度及屈光度的改变。结果模型组与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);石斛爽目颗粒组、复明片组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论石斛爽目颗粒对眼睑缝合导致的小鸡近视模型有明显的对抗作用,可降低实验性近视小鸡的屈光度,阻止眼轴的延长。
Objective To observe the effect of Shihushuangmu granule on chick amblyopia induced by sutur- ation of eyelid. Methods 60 chicken were randomly divided into six groups, normal group and model group. Fuming tablet group, low dose -, middle dose - , high dose - Shihushuangmu granule groups. Myopia chick model were established by suturation of eyelid. Then low dose -, middle dose - , high dose - Shihushuangmu granule ( 1. 7, 3.5, 7.0g/kg) and Fuming tablet were applied on different groups. The length of axis oculi and diopter were measured twenty days after treatment in each groups. Results There was difference between model group and normal group on length of axis oculi and diopter ( P 〈 0.05 ). The length of axis oculi and diopter in Shihushuangmu granule groups and Fuming tablet group were improved in comparison with those in model group ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Shihushuangmu granule has obvious antagonistic effect on chick amblyopia induced by suturation of eyelid, can decrease diopter of experimental myopia chick and inhibit extension of axis oculi.
