摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取野生南天竹中的挥发油,采用GC-MS联用技术对其组分进行分析鉴定。通过研究从野生南天竹挥发油中鉴定出33种成分,种类丰富,占挥发油总量的37.025%。
The chemical constituents in volatile oil of Nandina domestica Thunb were studied.The oil was extracted by steam distillation equipment and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method. Thirty nine components were found in the separation, among which 33 components were identified. The sum of peak areas of the identified components was found to account for 37.025% of the total peak areas of omponents in essential oil.
