摘要
学校德育具有全面性、系统性等特点,在青少年成长过程中具有至关重要的作用。学校德育活动应该注意以下几点:循序渐进,分阶段实施;把握重点,有的放矢;以素质教育为基础,逐步提高;经常与家庭、社区沟通。在培养学生具有较强劳动本领的同时,还要使学生学会做人,具有较高的道德修养水平。
School moral education characterized with overall involvements and set system plays an essential role in the grouth of adolescence and youth.Several points should be stressed in holding school moral education activities：step-bystep and periodical practice, grasping the key points and having an object in view, taking character education as the basis to enhance students morality, frequent communication with parents and related communities. While cultivating students into skillful labors, it is also necessary to teach them to be a good man with noble morality.
