摘要
目的研究骶髂关节注射配合中医辨证治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的方法和疗效。方法在运用马钱子方剂进行中医辨证治疗的同时，在CT引导下，患者取俯卧住，待腰穿针插入骶髂关节注入得宝松（1m1）＋维生素B12 1mg＋0．5％利多卡因2ml。结果经骶髂关节注射后2h及2周有效率89％。中长期疗效，显效21例，有效4例。结论骶髂关节注射治疗近期内可较显著改关善症状，中药辩证治疗有有效提高中长期疗效，两者结合，不失为一种治疗AS的新方法。
Objective To study the treatment methods and efficacy of CT-guided Sacroiliac Joint Injections with TCM Dialectical Treatment for Ankylosing Spondylitis （AS）. Method we use strychnos TCM prescriptions for treating at the same time, with the guide of CT, patients are in prone position until the waists are inserted into Sacroiliac and are injected into Diprospan （lml） ＋ Vitamin B121mg＋0.5% lidocaine 2ml . Result 89%of sacroiliac joint injections after 2h or2 weeks are efficient.21 cases of medium and long-term efficacy are more effective, 4 cases of them are effective. Conclusion The therapy of sacroiliac joint injections can change the symptoms a lot, TCM syndrome differentiation treatment can also improve medium and long-term efficacy effectively ,if we combine them, after all, it is a new method of treatment for AS.
