摘要
根据植物花粉性状的稳定性和遗传保守性,对供试的梨属植物4个种的代表品种以及苹果梨的花粉形态进行观察研究,并采用数量化的分析方法,对花粉形态7个性状进行了聚类分析。结果表明:梨属植物花粉形态有其共同特征,而不同种和品种间在花粉粒的形状、大小和纹饰等方面存在着程度不同的差异;根据花粉数量性状进行的系统聚类分析,能将起源于欧洲的西洋梨与起源于中国的3个种明显区分开;从花粉粒大小及纹饰特征来看,苹果梨性状独特,有些性状与东方梨相似,有些性状又与西洋梨相近。
Four representative cultivars of Pyrus spp. and pollen morphology of apple-pear were studied according to stabili- ty & hereditary conservation of pollen characters of plant. Adopted numerical taxonomy method, 7 characters of pollen mor- phology was conducted cluster analysis. Result shows that there were same characteristic in pollen form of Pyrus, but there were some differences in pollen grain' s shape, size and hnes of different species and cultivars; based on the cluster analy- sis with pollen quantity characteristics, P. communis originated from Europe could be distinguished obviously from 3 spe- cies which were originated from China;in some cases, such as size & lines characters of pollen granule, apple-pear's ehar- aeters were unique, some characters are similar with oriental pear, while others are similar with P. communis.
