摘要
主要介绍了传动斜齿轮注塑成型工艺及模具设计的特点;分析了常用的传动斜齿轮塑料的性质、成型工艺性以及成型技术,提出了一种传动斜齿轮注塑模具结构,并介绍了主要零部件的结构设计。
The characteristics of transmission helical gear injection molding processing and mold design were mainly introduced. The properties, mold manufacturability and molding technology of the common transmission helical gear were analyzed. The injection mold structure of transmission helical gear was proposed, and the structure design of the main parts was mainly introduced.
