摘要
观音岩水电站右岸1042 m高程混凝土生产系统主要担负观音岩水电站Ⅰ标(导流明渠土建及金属结构安装工程)全部常态、碾压及温控混凝土的生产任务。其系统的制冷设计包括:气温、水温、原材料温度及材料物理性质的选择;预冷系统的计算、预冷措施、系统布置和混凝土预冷系统工艺流程的选定;最终确定混凝土预冷系统的主要技术指标。
The 1042m high concrete production system on the right bank of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station produces all normal concrete, RCC and temperature controlled concrete for Bid I of the station (covering civil work of open diversion channel and installation of metal structures). Refrigeration design of the system involves determination of air temperature, water temperature, raw material temperature, material's physical property, precooling system calculation, precooling measures, system arrangement and technological process, and finally defines major technical indexes of the concrete precooling system.
