摘要
为了研究西洋菜是否可以应用于有重金属汞污染的富营养化地表水体的治理和生态修复中,以不同质量浓度的汞处理3 d的西洋菜为试验材料,测定POD、CAT、SOD的活性、MDA含量以及可溶性蛋白含量的变化。结果表明,低质量浓度汞(小于1 mg/L)存在条件下,西洋菜细胞可以通过自身的调节减轻毒害,可以利用西洋菜进行富营养化水体的治理和生态修复;水体中Hg2+质量浓度达到1 mg/L时,西洋菜遭受到严重的氧化伤害,此时西洋菜很难在水体中存活。
Nasturtium officinale R. Br. were grew in Steinberg medium suffered with different concentration of Hg^2+ for 3 days to study the effect of Hg^2+ on the plant to determine the feasibility of using this kind of plant in water eutrophication restoration. Soluble protein content, POD activity, CAT activity, SOD activity and MDA content were measured. In low hydrargyrum con centration, the cellsof Nasturtiumofficinale R. Br. can regulate themselves to decrease disaster, while when the plant was exposed to 1 mg/L Hg^2+ concentration, it was suffered so serious oxi dant damage that it was difficult to survive.
