摘要
介绍云景林纸#2碱回收锅炉优化目标、具体的改进措施和改进后运行结果。将数值仿真技术运用到碱炉燃烧调整,分析改进前后的炉内流场、空气射流、温度场、速度场、黑液流动和机械携带的变化,结果显示燃烧调整对碱回收锅炉的高效稳定运行至关重要。
The optimization goals and improvement measures of #2 recovery boiler of Yunjing Forestry & Pulp Co. Ltd., and its operating results after improvement were introduced. The simulation technology was used for the combustion improvement of the boiler. And the changes of the air flow, air jets, temperature, vertical velocity, black liquor flow, carryover in fore-and-aft improvment was analyzed. The simulation results show that combustion adjustment is very important for high efficiency stability work of recovery boiler.
