摘要
目的:通过临床药师参与小细胞肺癌合并高血压的药物治疗实践,保障肿瘤患者化疗的安全、有效。方法:针对具体病例,提出合理的药学监护措施及健康教育计划。结果:避免了潜在的治疗风险,提高了患者用药疗效。结论:临床药师参与临床药物治疗实践,有利于提高临床药物治疗水平。
OBJECTIVE： To guarantee the safety of chemotherapy in patients with tumor through clinical pharmacists participated in drug therapy for patients with small cell lung cancer and hypertension. METHODS： Reasonable pharmaceutical care and health education were provided based on the condition of cases. RESULTS： Therapeutic efficacy was improved and the potential risk of the chemotherapy was decreased. CONCLUSION： Involvement of clinical pharmacist in therapeutic practice could improve the level of pharmacotherapy
