摘要
本试验依据析因法原理,用生长鹅的比较屠宰试验和成年鹅的氮平衡试验对氨基酸需要量的数学模型的某些参数进行了估计,并用该模型对5~10周龄扬州鹅的氨基酸需要量进行了评估。结果表明:5周龄扬州鹅胴体和羽毛氨基酸组成模式与10周龄差异不显著(P>0.05);5~10周龄扬州鹅生长的理想氨基酸模式为:赖氨酸100、蛋氨酸44、苏氨酸36、亮氨酸90、异亮氨酸41、精氨酸59、缬氨酸45;成年扬州鹅维持氨基酸组成模式为:赖氨酸100、蛋氨酸46、苏氨酸63、亮氨酸122、异亮氨酸69、精氨酸94、缬氨酸76;5~10周龄扬州鹅各氨基酸的总需要量(占日粮的百分比)为:赖氨酸0.78%、蛋氨酸0.36%、苏氨酸0.33%、亮氨酸0.76%、异亮氨酸0.37%、精氨酸0.54%、缬氨酸0.41%。
On the principle of factorial method, some parameters of the mathematical model of amino acid requirements were estimated using compared slaughter test with growing goslings and nitrogen balance test with adult geese, and amino acid requirements of 5-10 weeks Yangzhou geese were assessed by the model. The results were as follows: difference of the amino acid composition of carcass and feathers between Yangzhou geese at 5 weeks of age and at 10 weeks of age was not significant (P〉0.05). The amino acid compositions of Yangzhou geese for growth from 5 to 10 weeks of age were: Lys 100, Met 44, Thr 36, Leu 90, Ile 41, Arg 59, Val 45; the amino acid compositions of adult Yangzhou geese for maintain were: Lys 100, Met 46, Thr 63, Leu 122, Ile 69, Arg 94, Val 76; the total amino acid requirements (the percentage of the diet) of Yangzhou geese from 5 to 10 weeks of age were: Lys 0.0. 54%, Val 0. 41%.
