摘要
采用气相色谱法快速分离检测1,2-环己二醇催化脱氢产物中邻苯二酚及其杂质,分离时间为8min,色谱柱为SE-30(0.53mm×1.0um×50m)毛细管柱,载气流速30mL/min。柱温采用二阶程序升温:初温80℃,升温速率10℃/min,终温150℃,保持1min。检测器温度260℃,进样器温度260℃。方法具有操作简便,分离效果和重现性好的特点。主产物邻苯二酚的分离度为3.2,相对标准偏差为0.1%。
A method for simultaneous separation and detection of pyrocatechol as well as the impurities come from the products of 1,2-Cyclohexanediol dehydrogenation by ges chromatography was discussed. Detemination of these analysis could be accomplished for 8 min by using SE-30 capillary column with temperature programming:The initial temperature was 80 ℃,the heating rate was 10 ℃ / min,the final temperature was 150 ℃ and maintained 1 min. The speed of carrier ges flow was 30mL/min,the detector temperature was 260 ℃ and the injector temperature was 260 ℃. Resolution was 3.2 and relative standard deviation was 0.1%. This method had the advantages of easy operation,effective separation and good reproducibility.
