摘要
宁夏重点中型灌区有19处,是全自治区农业生产、农村生活和发展农村经济的重要基础设施。通过对宁夏中型灌区节水配套改造规划建设作用的分析,提出宁夏重点中型灌区规划原则、规划目标项目区选择、规划范围和需要落实的保障措施。
There are 19 medium-sized irrigation areas in Ningxia, which are important facilities in improving agriculture, rural living and developing rural economy. Based on the analysis on effects of the water saving facility improving planning in medium-sized irrigation areas in Ningxia, it suggests in this paper the planning principle, target area choice, planning scope and the assurance measures.
