摘要
目的:建立安徽省为农民购买公共卫生服务评价指标体系,提高农村公共卫生服务管理的科学化程度,保障农村公共卫生服务目标的实现。方法:采用文献研究、实地调研、问卷调查和专家咨询相结合的研究方法。结果:建立安徽省为农民购买公共卫生服务管理评价指标体系及业务评价指标体系、公共卫生服务内容和群众满意度评价指标体系。结论:评价指标体系有助于保证政府为农民购买公共卫生服务政策的实施。
The Chinese Health Service Management. Abstract Objective ：To establish the index system for evaluating the governmental purchasing public health services for rural residents in Anhui Province, improve rural public health service management, and ensure the achievement of rural public health service. Methods：Several methods of literature research, field survey, questionnaire and expert consultation were used. Results：The index system for evaluating Anhui provincial purchasing public health services for rural residents had been established, which included management evaluation system, professional evaluation system and the people＇s satisfaction evaluation system. Conclusion：This index system will be helpful to ensure the implementation of policies that governmental purchasing public health services for rural residents.
