摘要
文章阐述了乡镇卫生院融资租赁适宜医疗设备的可及性和模式,根据模式参与方的现状和特点,指出乡镇卫生院融资租赁医疗设备所面临的问题。对策:政府在加大财政投入的同时,应加快乡镇卫生院的改革步伐,通过构建多元化的投入机制来改善乡镇卫生院的医疗设备落后的面貌。
The Chinese Health Service Management. Abstract The feasibility and modes of obtaining feasible medical equipments by financing lease for the grass - roots health institutions were discussed. And according to the status and characteristic, its problems were pointed out. Then countermeasures were put forward, such as increasing financial investment, quickening the hospitals reform, and establishing diversified investment mechanism.
