摘要
WNiFe高密度合金的致密化过程可分为固相烧结阶段和液相烧结阶段。在固相烧结时,发生孔隙扩散、颗粒接触而引起缺陷增生与扩散、缺陷的相互作用以及合金固溶体的形成,已使合金产生大部分致密化。在液相生成后,产生毛细管力、液相渗入和孔隙充填等,合金达到全致密化。
Densification of W Ni Fe heavy alloy includes two stages: solid state sintering (SSS) and liquid phase sintering (LPS). During SSS, defects arise, diffuse and interact and solid solution forms due to the diffusion of pores and contact between particles, making the alloy mostly densified. In the stage of LPS, copillary force, liquid infiltration and pore filling occur, making the alloy fully densified.
