第二炼铁厂1#1750m3高炉冲渣原来采用过滤器进行过滤水渣,罐体经常磨损,需停产修理,造成很大的经济损失;经采用微型桩锚杆护壁技术对其改造,增设了冲渣水池,在克服了场地条件的限制,不影响生产的前提下,完成改造,采用此种方法与传统方法相比,节约了造价,缩短了工期,满足了工艺要求。
The filter system was adopted to filter granulated slag at 1,750 m3 BF 1,Iron-making Plant 2.The vessel was often worn,which called for stoppage and repair and caused big economic loss.The wall protection technology by micro pile and anchoring rod is applied and a granulation tank is added.The modification is carried out overcoming the field restraint without affecting the production.This method,compared with traditional method,saves cost,shortens modification period and meets the process requirement.
