摘要
小方坯连铸机改造成圆坯连铸机后,圆坯产品椭圆度经常超标。对椭圆度形成的原因从工艺、设备等方面进行了分析,并提出改进措施。通过对结晶器锥度的改进以及连铸工艺参数的优化及控制,使圆坯椭圆度控制在标准范围内,基本解决了连铸圆坯椭圆度超标问题。
After the square billet caster is modified into a round billet caster,the ovality of round billet often exceeds the specification.The authors analyze the causes in aspects of process and equipment and propose some improvement measures.Then the ovality of round billet is controlled within the specification by means of mould taper improvement and the optimization and control of casting process parameters.The problem that the ovality of round billet is out of the standard is basically solved.
