摘要
公益性水利工程项目法人责任制实行中存在许多问题。根据公益性水利工程项目的特性对完善项目法人责任制进行了探讨,提出了公益性水利工程的建设管理模式、项目法人的组织形态和相关建议。
There are many problems in the implement of the legal person responsibility system？of nonprofit hydraulic engineering project. According to the characteristic of nonprofit hydraulic engineering project, it discusses the improving of the legal person responsibility system in this paper. It suggests the management model of nonprofit hydraulic engineering project, organizational form of project legal person and some related advices.
