摘要
目的观察中药配合针刺拔罐为主治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将160例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组各80例。对照组采用静点阿昔洛韦，局部外用阿昔洛韦膏、依沙吖啶溶剂治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上辨证内服汤药及针刺拔罐治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为100％，对照组总有效率为72．5％，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（X^2=23．85，P〈0．05）。结论中医辨证配合针刺拔罐为主治疗带状疱疹有效。
Objective To study the effects of treating herpes zoster with the combination of Chinese and western medicine. Methods 160 cases of herpes zoster were randomly recruited into a treatment group （n = 80）, and a control group （n=80）. The control group was treated with western medicine （acyclovir, ethacddine solvents, and vitamin B6 and B12）. The treatment group was administrated with Chinese medicines, acupuncture and cupping on the basis of treats in the control group Results The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （X^2 = 23.85, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating herpes zoster and worthy of generalization..
