压裂用新型下沉式转向剂的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 低渗透底水油藏进行水力压裂施工时,由于层间应力差异小,或根本没有隔层形成层间应力差异而有效阻挡裂缝在垂向上的延伸扩展,必将导致水力压裂形成的裂缝在垂向上延伸进入底部水层,从而造成底水油藏压裂后,底水沿着裂缝上窜流入井筒,引起油井暴性水淹,致使水力压裂施工无效,不能达到提高油井产量的目的。为此研究出了一种底水油藏压裂改造用的新型下沉式转向剂,对其性能进行了测试,并介绍了研究与应用情况。结果表明,该新型下沉式转向剂达到了既能控制裂缝向下延伸进入底部水层,又能避免压裂施工后底水沿着裂缝上窜进入井筒的目的。 During the hydraulic fracturing treatment of the low permeability and bottom-water driving reservoir, due to small difference of the stress between layers or with no barriers to form the stress differences, the fracture height extension can not be controlled vertically, which will eause the hydraulic fracture extending vertically into the bottom water layer. It will be resulted in the bottom water flowing up along the fracture into the wellbore, which will cause the oil wells violently flooded and result in invalid hydraulic fracturing and could not improve the oil production. In this paper, a new down-diverting agent is researched and the agent property is tested. It also introduced the situation of the agent study and applieation. The results show that the artificial barriers with the new down-diverting agent can be formed to achieve the purposes of controlling the fracture height growth, not only controlling the fracture extended down into the bottom water layer, but also avoiding the bottom water flowing up entering the wellbore along the fracture after fracturing.
