摘要
准晶光子晶体具有产生完全带隙的折射率阈值低、光子带隙与入射方向无关、产生局域态无需缺陷等优于周期性光子晶体的性能,使其成为光子带隙材料和负折射率材料等的优秀候选对象,具有广阔的应用前景。对近年来准晶光子晶体的研究进展进行综述,主要包括准晶光子晶体的结构、特点以及在应用方面的研究进展和前景。
Photonic quasicrystals (PQCs) can bring full band gap with very low refractive index threshold, local states without defects, the band gap independent of the incident directions, and so on. Hence PQCs become the excellent candidates of the photonic band gap (PBG) and negative refraction materials, and have many novel applications. Recent research progress for the structures, properties, and applications of PQCs has been summarized
